Shipping
We endeavour to ship orders within one business day of receipt (orders received before 4pm NZST are typically dispatched the same business day). Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming fulfilment and providing a link to the tracking information.
Delivery Charge
The delivery charge is calculated and shown per order, to one address in New Zealand or Australia
Free Shipping is offered within New Zealand for orders with a value of $150+
For deliveries to the Rest of the World, we will contact you with the cost prior to processing your order.

Delivery Timeframe
We endeavour to deliver all orders within 2-5 working days for addresses in New Zealand and 5-10 working days for addresses in Australia, of us confirming receipt of your order, although this timeframe is an estimate only.
Covid-19 & Delivery Times - please note that the delivery timeframe can be negatively impacted by local, national and international restrictions imposed to mitigate and control the spread of Covid-19. Please refer to the relevant courier and government websites for further information regarding your specific location.
Delivery Address
Physical delivery address required as delivery is by courier or freight forwarder.
An email will be sent to you when the goods are dispatched to enable you to track and trace your order.
The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery.
Additional Delivery Charges
For deliveries to the New Zealand Outer Islands (Chatham Island, Kawau Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island and d’Urville Island) these will incur additional costs.
Estimated delivery charges will be displayed when you complete your order, and we will notify you if the actual delivery charges are higher than originally estimated, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) prior to delivery and receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of the cancelled order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse we will send you an email that includes a tracking number with a link to the couriers online tracking tools for your shipment.
