We endeavour to deliver all stocked items within 2-5 working days for addresses in New Zealandand 5-10 working days for addresses in Australia, of us confirming receipt of your order, although this timeframe is an estimate only.
If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a delay (e.g. because the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location), we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible after we become aware of this, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) and you will receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of those products which will not be delivered (if any).
Physical delivery address required as delivery is by courier or freight forwarder.
An email will be sent to you when the goods are dispatched to enable you to track and trace your order.
The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery.
Additional Delivery Charges
For deliveries to the New Zealand Outer Islands (Chatham Island, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island and d’Urville Island) these will will incur additional costs.
Estimated delivery charges will be displayed when you complete your order, and we will notify you if the actual delivery charges are higher than originally estimated, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) prior to delivery and receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of the cancelled order.
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse we will send you an email that includes a tracking number with a link to the couriers online tracking tools for your shipment.
