Description
This lightweight, take anywhere EVA foam yoga block will help you extend into asana you are currently working on. A standard size block gives you more surface area so it's more supportive and stable than a slim block. 
You can use it for myofascial release poses as the edges are angled off to remain comfortable while you roll on them to help those 'stuck' bits let go.
We recommend you choose a Cork Block if you need a very stable block to put a lot of body weight on to.

Great Blocks.

I bought a number of these blocks for my students use and to be honest, I have started using them myself over my cork blocks! They are nice and light, very supportive, comfortable for supported Yin back bends, easy to clean and a great price. Happy students, happy teacher!
