The humble sand bag is a much under utilized yoga prop. So helpful in enabling you to gently open the body. Placing two sandbags on your sacrum in Childs Pose will help weight your buttocks to your heels and it feels lovely. See other ways to use sandbags or invent some new ones.
We dispatch them empty so you'll need to head to a beach to get sand! (Perhaps a hardware or garden store if you're not near a beach.)
